Uttar Pradesh and Delhi Schools Reopen After Extended Summer Break

Schools in Uttar Pradesh and Delhi reopened after a long summer break. The Uttar Pradesh school summer vacation, which was supposed to end on June 27, was extended due to the extreme heat. The reopening date was later pulled back to July 3, according to a meeting by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.

Private and public schools in Uttar Pradesh and Delhi resumed classes today. The decision to extend the vacation was made to protect children from sunstroke.

The Uttar Pradesh administration, led by Yogi Adityanath, is fully prepared to conduct a special inspection campaign in schools, according to an official statement. The goal of this campaign is to assess the availability and quality of basic school amenities. The inspection will last from July 5 to July 31, and officials will evaluate various aspects of the school's infrastructure and facilities. This initiative aims to ensure that schools in Uttar Pradesh provide adequate amenities to promote a conducive learning environment for students.

PRIORITISE ESSENTIAL FACILITIES AND ACADEMIC PROGRAMMES

The government's inspection campaign aims to ensure that schools have basic necessities and follow academic guidelines.

The emphasis is on providing students with clean drinking water, nutritious midday meals, and appropriate toilet facilities.

By evaluating these factors, the administration hopes to maintain educational quality and create an optimal learning environment for children.
