EPFO SSA Recruitment 2023 Eligibility Criteria

EPFO SSA Recruitment 2023 Selection Process
The selection of SSA will be based on two stages process. The first stage will be a written examination and the second stage will be a skill test. Candidates are required to qualify in both stages for successful selection.
EPFO SSA Computer Based Exam Pattern
The duration of the computer-based exam is 150 minutes (2 hours and 30 minutes).
- EPFO SSA Prelims Exam will be objective type.
- Each question carries a 4 mark.
- There will be a negative marking of one-fourth marks for each incorrect answer

EPFO SSA Skill Test
The SSA skill test includes the typing test on a computer. Candidates have to qualify for the criteria mentioned below.
- A typing speed of 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi on computer.
- 35 words per minute and 30 words per minute correspond to 10500 Key Depression Per Hour (KDPH) / 9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word for Data Entry Work.
EPFO SSA Salary 2023
The basic pay for the candidates shortlisted for the EPFO SSA post will be Rs. 29,200 (Level - 5). However, candidates are eligible for allowances so allowances will be added to basic pay. The in-hand salary of EPFO SSA will be around Rs. 45,000/-.
